2003 Chevy Cavalier Speedometor Problem

My speedometor is out about 20 miles per hour. When the car is stopped the speedometor reads 20 mph. So when I am crusing the speed is off by 20 mph. Does this have an easy fix?

Easy maybe but not necessarily cheap. I would suspect faulty vehicle speed sensor. Are you having problems with transmission? If not it could just be faulty wiring to the gauge behind the instrument cluster.
