2003 Chevy Cavalier low power

My car has been running fine, just put a new fuel pump on and filter, we drove the car one night, ran fine, next day would barely start, ran rough and had no power, diagnostic says sys. Too rich bank one, catalist efficient below thresh hold bank one evap emission leak, I heard that the 02 sensor might be bad but someone told me it wouldnt make it run bad

Sounds more like the convertor is clogged. Depending on the severity of the clog, it would run rough or not at all.

Have a backpresure test performed on the CAT, or if it is bolted on, unbolt and look at it. If material is melted/cracked then the convertor would need to be replaced.
