2003 chevy cavalier 2.2L ecotech. While driving car with a/c on. My temperature gauge goes up high, to the point my check gauges light goes on. Then my a/c begins to blow hot air. When I check under hood, my overflow is fine, the fan is operating, car is not overheating. Hoses are fine. Problem is beyond anything I can think of, please help?

Hi your engine temp is most likely going up due to a failing thermostat.

Your a/c is intermittantly blowing hot air due to either low pressure in the system or high pressure in the system you need to service the a/c and replace the t stat
