Electrical problem
2003 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my car shocks me after I drive it and turn it off. I get out and if I put my hand on anything metal I get shocked. What ever is going on, some times it will drain the battery over nite and will need a jump and other times it starts hard like the battery is going bad. Then there are times it starts just fine like nothing is wrong. Win I have the heater on the lights dim down and the idle gets real low. I had the battery and altinater checked and they show good.

Its either it has a short within the electrical system or the computer control of the field generation of the alternator driver circuit
