2001 Chevy Cavalier Tension pully

2001 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic Lots miles

I cant change the tensioner pully. I am not shure if I am trying it wrong I thought you just take 1 bolt out and then you can change but I cant get bolt all the way out from the side is there another way to get it off to change it? Please help anyone
