I am having a problem with fuel injector #1. I problem that I had is that it is not getting any signal from the computer to fire the gas in the correct order. I used a computer code reader, and it said fuel injector switch open circuit or something on the lines of that. I had a buddy use a Noid tester on the wire that goes to fuel injector, and it didn't light up. He used it on another fuel injector wire and those light up. I don't see any wires out in the open that are damaged. Is there something that I am missing?

With key on engine off or running one wire on the injector should have power check for that (unplug the injector and check) if not check for short all injectors use same fuse and check under the hood for short. This guide can help us:

if okay and no pulse have to use and Ohm meter and check the second wire and it from PCM to injector if wire okay, PCM is at fault and need to be replace if not check wiring harness by the firewall.
