2000 Chevy Cavalier yellow sludge in oil

I change the oil regularly. Just started getting alot of yellow sludge up the dipstick tube. Wondering why and how to fix. Thank you

Condensation can form in the engine when it sits and causes the dipstick to rust. If driven alot then this is probably not the case. Could also be blown head gasket / cracked head. When coolant mixes with oil you get foamy yellow sludge.

I know that the engine is ok and the head gasket. Wondering how the vacuum system works and what would cause that not to work properly.
