1999 Chevy Cavalier Pipe that runs across the motor

My girlfriend has a 99 Cavalier 2.2L and there is a small pinhole in a pipe that runs across the top of the motor and connects into the passenger side of the block. I'm trying to figure out what that part is called so I can locate one and fix the problem.

What is it leaking?
Is it the EGR tube?

It is leaking antifreeze. My dad told me to put black pepper in the system to stop the leak for now but I want to get it fixed soon
