1999 Chevy Cavalier CV shaft

Did you mean is there a speedy sleeve on the cv axle itself. If so I havent heard of using a sleeve on a shaft like this one when you say the seal doesnt fit do you mean it is to small for the shaft to go through if so im guessing they may have given you the wrong seal but if they do have a sleeve look at the shaft closly where the seal area is if theres a sleeve on it it would look simular to a small tight polished coke can thin kind of tin on the shaft let me know a bit more and I will see what I can do to help you out more thanks
