1998 Chevy Cavalier no fuel at fule rail

I just replace the engine 2.4 and am having problems getting fuel to the injectors no pressure in system which has been completely emptied removed gas tank and all I am not hearing the pump run at all I was wondering if the one plug in I have left would be to the relay I need to find the componet that this plug fits in I need a diagram for the fuel pump relay and possibly a picture of where this plug may fit somewhere along the side of the engine toward the firewall by the bell housing car will turn on with starter fluid in the carberator but I have no fuel pressure in the lines what so ever

Where is the fule pump relay located

It should be in engine comparment in the main relay box it is big rectangle box with alot of wires going into it
