1998 Chevy Cavalier ABS Light

I am having a problem with the brakes on my daughter's car. When you are braking at a slow speed
the rear end drops and the tires lock up. We have put a new master cylinder on it which did not help. The ABS light is on.

You will need to have the ABS system scanned with a chassis scanner, most autoparts stores only scan the powertrain, so you will need to find someone with a chassis scanner.

Could be as simple as a wheel sensor, but the scanner will give you the code, which will give you the correct direction to start with.
