My high beams have recently gone out, now my passenger light doesn't work at all?

My high beams have recently gone out, now my passenger light doesn't work at all. We checked the bulbs, and the fuse's and switch. None of those are the issue. I have had the light blink for my headlights on my dash board for months now, when I put my car into drive it went click, click, click and then it stopped. Now it just blinks all the time.

Hello,

This could be due to a bad DRL relay. This relay is located on the fuse box on the left side of the instrument panel.

Check for any corrosion or burnt pins. The relay can also be tested.
