1998 caviler z24 runs rough

Hi I have a 1998 chevy caviler z24. Its a 5 speed with about 130,000 miles on it. When I start the car it runs very rough while idleing. When driving the sound is still there. The car also shakes when sitting still. Also if I turn the heat on the car back fires. I have replaced all spark plugs and the boots. Both O2 sensors. I have no idea what else to do so please help me!

Does it have an OBD2 code/s-meaning check engine light On or flashing at times?

Check the idle air control valve and EGR if its dirty/carboned-up clean it out. Then perform a fuel pressure check.
