I have replaced the thermostat and water pump. Flushed the radiator and replaced the coolant. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks. Now it appears the coolant in blowing back out the resevoir. Why is that?

Youll have to have a pressure test performed on the cap and the cooling system.

Does that mean a pressure test to check for leaks or a block test to determine if combustion gases are entering the cooling system?

Both would be a good idea. But I was refering to a coolant system test of the cooling system and cap to find leaks there since its bubbling out
