1996 Chevy Cavalier vacuum

What could cause us to have vacuum in the oil filler tube on a 96 cavilier with a 2.2? pvc is good we are testing cylinder pressure today, but other than that im kinda lost? Thanks fopr tour help

It is normal to have vacuum at oil cap.
