1996 Chevy Cavalier ets light and service engine soon light

The ets light and service engine soon lights are on. And when I drive at the same speed for awhile the car greks like its deproved oxygen. It drives normal except from that. I think thats its only problem. Last time those lights where on it was the fuel pump but I got that replaced. So I think it has something to do with its oxygen in take. So I was wondering how I could fix or check that?

Have the PCM codes read at most autoparts stores for free. The ETS will have to checked with a chassis scanner for "C" codes.
You are probably better off going to a garage and have both codes read.
