Ive replaced the injecter o-ring seals a couple of times, they start leaking again in about 2 or 3 weeks, could I have another problem?

There was a recall dated 1996, I believe it had to do with hairline crack in the injector body, leaking gas.

You need to determine where the leak is coming from.

I also looked up complaints for your y--m--m at the nhtsa site. There was a complaint about hairline crack in the injector/s body leaking gas. The date on the complaint was march 2004.
