I got out of my car today, and saw steam coming form the hood. When i opened it, i saw that coolant was coming from the rear of the engine, near the back of the transmission. Is this something that could be a bad hose or gasket? If so how much would you say it could be fixed for?

Hi there,

Now that the car has cooled down , re fill the coolant and check the leak, if you can't see anything you will have to get a pressure test done, if it is a hose it should not cost too much, a cor plug will be a bit more expensive depending on the access available. get the test done first so you know what you are dealing with.
