1994 Chevy Cavalier Turn Signal

My turn signal was working then while ticking the ticking became long and drawn out and then it stopped working. There is no ticking sounds the inside arrows (green) are not showing up and the lights dont flash. I have replaced the turn signal mecinisum that goes by the steering wheel. I have replaced the flasher under the steering wheel concel The four way still works but not the turn signal.
