1994 Chevy Cavalier rubber burning smell

When I use the air conditioner in car after about 15-20minutes I can smell rubber burning, had the belt and hoses checked, There OK.

Sure sounds like the belt.

I would remove the belt and clean all pulleys with brake clean, then blow dry. DO NOT use a belt dressing.

Another possibility is the idler pulleys (bad bearing).
