I have replaced the temp switch and the relay to my radiator cooling fan and it wont come on unless you unplug the temp switch or turn on the ac. I know the fan is god I jumped it through the diagnostic port. Im totaly stumped and dont want to run a toggle switch. Nay help fellas? I also replaced the temp switch twice just to verify that the switch is good

Welcome to the forum, does the engine reach operating temp? Are there overheating issues? It's cold where I am, well, cold to me. If it's cold where you are, and your waiting and watching for the fan to come on, engine idling, it may take some time.

I have seen fans with bad brushes, that would work, always when testing, but, stop when driving down the road.
