Engine Cooling problem
1992 Chevy Cavalier 6 cyl Automatic

I am at my wits end I have replaced thermostat as well and the fan still runs engine is not hot

Check your engine coolant temperature sensor it could be telling the computer that the engine is hot when its not, thus making the fans stay on. You'll probably have to replace it

Also might want to look for an engine temperature gauge sending unit and follow the coolant temperature sensor as suggested. Disconnect the CTS and see what happens-
