I replaced the starter on my car in Feb 08, The car would fire up right away afterwards. As time went on it seemed like it had to try harder and didn't start as quick. Today it was fine until I went to get gas. It tries to start but it won't start at all now. I'm thinking its the cellinoid which is on the starter. My son thinks it could be the fuel pump. The car is in desperate need of a tune up which I have not been able to get done as of yet. No one can come look at the car til tomorrow. I have full power so I don't think its the battery
Any suggestions?

Turn the head lights on then crank the engine if headlights go dim there is a possibility in the starter circuit that its bad, if head lights dont go dim check battery terminals for being dirty these are the first steps, let me know
