1989 Chevy Cavalier Air Conditioning problem

Air conditioner sounds like it's blowing hard but not much air coming out of the vents Air is real cold that is coming out what could the problem be.

Sounds like evaporator is clogged with dust etc.
Check owner's manual to see if it has cab air filters. Some cars do and some don't. Not sure about yours.
Get a repair manual to find out how to get at it.
May be as simple as a broken vacuum line not activating a flap (to direct air flow).
