Chevy Caprice fuel not circulating

I have a 1990 chevy caprice 180,000 mi and the mechanic is saying the fuel is not circulating to the motor? What are some likely causes for this? Thank you

Some causes could be Fuel pump, Fuel filter, a bad fuel pump relay, a bad fuse, Injectors, bad wiring. I just replaced my fuel pump and a blown fuse. Because my car wouldn't start at all.
