1996 Chevy Caprice no fuel pressure

1996 Chevy Caprice V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

No fuel pressure. Changed filter and fuel pressure regulator. Car will not start. How do I check/change fuel pressure switch?Or should I just replace pump?

You should stop simply throwing parts at it and do the necessary testing. You need to test for power arriving at the pump during the first 2 seconds of "key on". This will require 2 people to test.
