When I hit the gas on my caprice the car studders and jumps. When I also press the gas I hear a popping sound out of the dual pipes that I have. Recently it cut off on me when I was driving. Your help would be very appreciative. The car cranks up fine and everything but when I press the gas it acts like its not getting enough power and it pops coming from my dual pipes.

I assume you have the LT1 in this. It sounds like the distributor is cross firing and causing a misfire and backfiring. You could have a leaking water pump leaking coolant onto the distributor too since it's under the water pump. It's probably due for plugs, wires and a distributor with cap. It's pretty expensive to tune this one up.

I have the Classic LS 4.3L! I can wiggle the spark plug wire around and it sounds like my car is about to cut off. Could it have something to do with the Thermostat cause my car is a little hot after been running for a while.

That engine makes things a lot cheaper. Check your cap, rotor and wires and replace them if they are due.
