My car got stuck in reverse so I pulled the gear stick down hard and when idid the whole car cut off now the ignition turns w/out the key but nothing happens no radio no nothing and I can shift out of park w/out pressing the breaks what do u think it is

I would like you to remove the steering wheel and all the other coverings off of the steeirng coloumn I would be looking at a possiblity of you breaking something that then cut a wire or unhooked a connector.
