1991 Chevy Caprice front end shakes

When im on the highway the car shakes when I slow down yes I know my brkaes need to be changed my question is does it sound to you guys like my rotors are warped from to much heat from braking I was thinking of cahnging rotors anyways is it possible to go a bigger size on calipers so braking isnt so hard on the car? And if so is it hard to do change the whole braking system pads rotors calipers?

With this kind of mileage, it can be brakes, can also be worn front end parts, the cost of oversizing brake parts is not worth the expense if you aren't racing it! Change the rotors and pads, go with a brand name rotor, not the el-cheapo chinese ones.
