1988 Chevy Caprice NO POWER

WHY DOES MY CAR WONT START? THERE IS NO POWER AT ALL. BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED. STARTER IS NEW. BUT SOME OF MY WIRES MELTED BUT I REPLACED THE WIRES THAT WAS MELTED. AND I GOT NEW RELAYS ALSO BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. IT STILL WONT START.

Check for voltage feed to the ignition switch, red wires, see if they are hot, use a testlight. They should be hot all the time. If not, check fusible links, my info says links come from starter solenoid, bat terminal. Use a testlight check for voltage to the links and from the links. My wiring info for your model year isn't that great.
