when its time to shut off the engine in park the car keeps puting like it wants to cut off but it wants to cut back on

This normally happens due to poor ignition timing in high mileage vehicles. Ignition timing degrades due to excessive wear on the timing gears or stretch of the timing chain. Have you local tune up shop adjust your timing and your air idle mixture. If that doesnt work it may be time to replace the timing chain and gear set.
