There is a good chance there is a bearing going bad. You need to pull the belt back off the pullies and spin each one. Feeel for roughness or slight binding. My bet is the alternater, it will still charge okay (but the life of it is numbered.
Before you do that, take a real long screwdriver or bar witha handle. Touch it to each component's housing and put your ear on the handle, using it as a stethescope. You'll hear where the roughness is and begin to isolate it.
