Cigarette lighter/ dome light/ radio won't work

I have a 88 chevy camaro 305hp v8 5.0 liter engine with approximately 160,000 miles on it. The cigarette lighter, the dome light and the radio don't work. The radio will play a tape, but radio stations. I have checked the fuses and they are all fine.I have checked the bulb in the dome light and it is fine and I have replaced the cigarette lighter cause the element was bad and all those things still don't work. Do you have any suggestions on what might be the problem.

You checked the fuses and all ok how about missing fuses did you check for that and check to see if fuses has power on them too may be fusable link on the starter
