This car is running around 1,000 HP to the rear, has a vortec supercharger, is a 1969, and a stock steering set-up
every once in a while after driving and the engine heating up to around 220, the power steering fluid sprays out the cap. I believe the fluid is boiling.
The lines run next to the engine block (steel braded), and the pump is located under the blower (which gets hot), should I drain the power steering fluid and run trans fluid?
I was considering a fluid cooler like on a transmission.

by the way, not my car, I just work on it!!!
Mine is the nova in the background.

Thanks for your help

My opinion is get the cooler, run it in front of the radiator, 220 is hot even for a 502! I don't think changing fluid will help. Both are 10 wt oils.
