I hope you can help me. I have a 2000 Chevrolet Camaro SS with almost 125,000 trouble free miles. For the last two years under accleration the car hesitates as if it is not getting enough fuel. I had a 91 Tracer with a bad fuel pump at one time, however the hesitation is not as severe. When I get on the gas from a stop and after I shift the car hesitaties for a few seconds. When I floor the accelerator the problem subsides. It happens when teh engine is cold and hot. I have done research and I think the problem is the Mass airflow sensor, or the MAP sensor. I do not want to swap out multiple parts and not fix the problem.
