my wipers are stuck in the up position and still work. But when you turn the wipers off they stay up. I bought a new circuit panel for the motor but it is still doing the same thing. So I don't know if I should by a new wiper motor or if it needs a new switch on the steering wheel. And approx how much does the part cost? How do I tell which one I need a motor or a switch?
