1997 Chevy Camaro 1997 Camaro wipers

My camaro wipers, when you turn them off, will stop in the upright position. What do I do to fix this? Also my drivers side window will not go down when I press the button. Using the same control panel I can put the passengers down and lock/unlock doors but the window will not go down.

Sounds like you might have a few switches going bad. As far as the windows are concerned. It may be the motor. To check the motor. Take out the window switch and use a jumper wire to connect the switch leads and see if the motor moves. If it does. You need a new switch. If not. The motor is probably bad.
The wipers on the other hand. Sounds like the switch is cutting off prematurely. You might want to check the switch or replace it. Good luck :) Switches can be easy or a real pain in the arse. :)
