1995 Chevy Camaro No Idea whats wrong.

It starts just fine when I first goto start it and I can drive it around and itll be fine but when I shut it off and try to turn it over a agian the only way I can get it to start is by holding the peddle to the floor. I swapped injectors, plugs, fuel regulator, mapping sensor, fuses and checked the fuel pump. Also cleaned off the air sensor.

Sounds to me like it could be a coil issue or something electrical such as that.

Sounds like it might be the Idle Air Control motor and/or the Throttle position sensor. You might want to remove them and clean them with carb cleaner and try again. I did that to mine and it worked fine.
