Heater problem
1995 Chevy Camaro Two Wheel Drive Manual 70000 miles

The low coolant light came on, but the coolant is not low. The engine is not overheating and the coolant is circulating (it is hot when I stop driving). However there is not heat. The fan blows buit only cold air.

Any ideas what ts migh be? I am in the middle of a 2800 mile road trip I want to make sure it is ok to continue. I also want to have heat if it is possible.

Hello -

To better assist you is your Camaro a regular Camaro or a Z28? Also please give me you engine size in liter an the 8th digit of your VIN.

Also, feel both heater hoses that go into the fire wall. Is one hot and one cool or are the both the same temp?

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
