I've been driving this car since 1994. I haven't made any modifications to this car and aside from replacing the alternator and EGR Valve, I haven't had any major probelms with the engine.

I don't know much about engines but recently my car has been vibrating more than usual when I accelerate or at a stop light. The vibration will subside if I lay off the gas or put in neutral respectively. What in your opinion could be the cause of this?

Check your plugs, wires ect. Worn plugs and or wires can cause vibration due to the engine missing. See what happens after a tune up and repost here if that dont fix it. Also check your fuel filter. Good luck :)
