im changing my trans filter on my 1994 camaro z-28 and the old trans filter seal is stuck in housing how do they come out

VERY VERY VERY carefully. Get a small 90 degree angled steel pick -- like the ones at the dentists office. They usually come in a varity of angles and any auto parts store will have them. Be very very patient with removing this seal, you can cause big problems it you nick the sealing surface. Did I mention to be carefull.
