Can anyone help? How do you tighten the cable on your ebrake for 94 camaro?

First thing to do is make sure the rear brakes are adjusted for a very slight drag, then back off a click.
Hevrolet states adjustment is not normally needed, by adjusting rear brakes parking brake should be OK. But if you must, on drum brakes the adjusting screw is under the lever, use a deep socket to turn it. Disc brakes are different.

Does your e-brake use your back brakes? Like if you haven't changed the rear brakes would it affect the e-brake?
