There is a light whitish blueish smoke coming out of my exhaust. It only happens when my car sits still for an extended amount of time. It smells like oil although I'm not burning oil. I've replaced the air filter but it didn't do anything. I'm not sure if its something to do with my sparkplugs or something more.

With the miles and age of the vehicle, it's probably the valve seals are bad. They can be replaced without pulling hte heads. But if you aren't using more than a quart to 500 miles I wouldn't worry about it and just live with it. If it really bothers you then try the valve seals.
