Can only start car using starter fluid. After its started it runs pretty good. Checked fuel pressure, replaced distributer, coil, wires, etc. Replaced oil pressure sensor. It is the 5.7L TPI.

Do you hear the fuel pump for 2 secs when key at run position? Check the fuel pump relay-could also be the computer relay drive see below

Pump runs when ignition is on for 2 sec.
Pressure is 46-48 lbs. I have replaced the
oil pressure sensor. If there is a oil pressure sending
unit I can't find it.

Try this locate the injectors and crank engine over and listening whether the injectors are clicking. If so test the oil pressure sending unit.
