1999 Chevrolet Blazer. 4.3 Engine 85270 miles: My Heater will not blow onto floor. It will switch to defrost or Panel {face} only. You can switch it to floor but it comes out up top. Any suggestions. :(

Sounds like it may have a broken control lever that operates the vent flap (valve) to allow air to move. It's in the heater box, in the dash.

Get a flashlight and take a look under the dash. It may just be a vacuum hose that disconnected that opens that duct.
