Heat to the Floor.

I have 2000 Chevy Blazer LT; currently I am having a problem I'm hoping someone might recognize. I am getting heat with no problem, and it goes where directed: defrost, vents, etc. The only place I can not direct it is to the floor, no matter what is selected. Actuator appears to attached and working properly, vacuum is good I have suction.

If you have verified proper mode door actuator operation, you probably have a stuck or broken mode door for the floor vents.
