2004 Chevy Blazer 4.3 liter with 67,000 miles

Service engine soon light came on and stayed on. With diagnostic code reader I got a po452 code. I reset codes and light came back with same code. What component do I need to replace?

Pressure sensor low input code. Test the Evaporative emission control system.
