REVVING LIKE SOUND WHILE DRIVING, NOISE WILL STOP WHEN FOOT IS OFF THE ACCELERATOR.

BREAK KICKS BACK ON FOOT MAKING SOME KIND OF SOUND.

The first sound could be almost anything from a vacuum leak on to a bad fan clutch. Does it do it all the time? Only when cold? Any other noises at the time?

Brake problem sounds like the ABS sensor problem that is caused by rust under the sensors. It causes the ABS to activate because of a weak signal from the sensor. It's not a hard fix if your mechanically inclined.

It does it all the time, louder last night, grinding noise today, now not drivable.

Sounds like it's time to get it to a shop. It could be a bad front wheel hub as well. The grinding makes me think that way. Not real hard to change if you want to DIY. However from the sounds of it you need to find a shop.
