Hi, Sounds Like You Have A Bad Front Hub Bearing, Check For Play In Front Wheels, By Putting A Floor Jack Under Lower Control Arm, Lift One Side At A time. Make Sure Wheel Is Off Ground A Couple Inches, Take One Hand At 12:00 Position And One At 6:00 Position, Move Wheel Feel For Play, If no play, Spin Each Wheel By hand Fairly Fast, Listen Closely To Both Sides, If One Side Is Much louder Than Other Side, I Would Replace That Side Hub Bearing. Do Not Start Car While Checking This.

Hope This Helps You,
Good Luck.
