I'm not mechanically inclined so bear with me. When I start the vehicle it's fine, everything sounds ok, when I rev it up its fine. But when I try to drive it has very slow exceleration when it goes above 10mph it will jerk forward and then pull back. When I stop the idle is pretty low. I thought it was going to die so I put it in nuetral and then THATS when it died. All the fluids are good, I changed the fuel filter and had the codes ran and the two that came up were mass air flow center and cylinder misfire. I have no idea what the mass air flow center is but if the cylinder misfire came up don't I just need to change out spark plugs? The cap was changed recently. Or would a cylinder misfire occur because of the mass air flow thing?

Your MAF Sensor is located in the duct work right next to your air filter box. You may only need to clean it. You can get some MAF Cleaner at your local auto parts store.

Chang the plugs and see what happens if doesn't fix it could possibly be the wires. When the cap was replaced did you change the rotor button also?

NOTE: Any time you feel you need to change the cap and rotor change the plugs also.
